2 Easy Mocktails for Spring 🍋🍉
The Weekly Make: Volume 14
This week’s make is a fun one.
We don’t really drink anymore, but I’ve found that I still love having something that feels special, especially at home or at the end of the day.
I talked a little more about that in this post (see below), but removing alcohol has honestly been such a positive shift for us.
It’s funny because things like this still give you that same feeling, just healthier… and you wake up feeling better too.
These mocktails ended up being so good, and they’re really easy to make.
🍉 Watermelon Mocktail
What you need:
Fresh watermelon (or watermelon juice)
Lime juice
Sparkling water
Ice
How to make:
Blend the watermelon, then strain if you want a smoother texture.
Add a squeeze of lime juice, pour over ice, and top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a watermelon slice.
🍋 Citrus Mocktail
What you need:
Lemon juice
Orange juice (just a splash)
Honey or simple syrup
Sparkling water
Ice
How to make:
Mix the lemon juice, orange juice, and honey, then pour over ice.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon slice.
✨ A few notes for both mocktails
You can adjust the sweetness depending on what you like (simple syrup, honey, or agave all work)
If you do want to make it a cocktail, you can always add a splash of something
They feel a little elevated but take maybe 5 minutes
What I used / similar finds 🥂
There’s something about enjoying a mocktail in a pretty glass.
You guys know I’m a sucker for all things vintage, so I’ve been loving pieces like these lately. They have that same feel and are all really affordable from Amazon!
These are a few similar pieces if you want that same look at home:

Ribbed Margarita Glass Set
Pink Vintage Shaker Glass
Cheers!!!

The watermelon one looks good. I’ve tried this recipe and it was very good. More like a blended margarita.
⅓ Cup Orange Juice
2 ½ Cups Watermelon
1 Cup Strawberries
Ice
